How the onboarding gate works

When a new member logs in for the first time, this welcome video is shown prominently at the top of their dashboard. All other tabs and content are locked until they watch the video and click "Unlock Full Platform Access". Once completed, the gate is permanently dismissed.

Video Settings

Paste the Wistia (or Vimeo/YouTube) embed code and customise the text shown above it.

Member Onboarding Status

Members who have already completed onboarding will not see the gate again. To check or reset a specific member's status, use the User Management panel and edit their profile.
